As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-performance memory solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, design guidelines, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate memory solutions into larger systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to optimize product performance.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Represent Micron at industry conferences, forums, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, with a focus on memory products.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) technology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
