📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement national innovation policies and strategies to drive economic growth and technological advancement.
• Lead and coordinate innovation projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions to foster a culture of innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Represent the Ministry of Innovation & Development at national and international forums, promoting Indonesia's innovation agenda.
• Stay abreast of global innovation trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance Indonesia's innovation landscape.
• Manage and mentor a team of innovation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of innovation initiatives with national priorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation management, policy development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative policies and strategies.
• Strong understanding of government operations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
