📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in digital banking.
• Develop and implement strategic IT roadmaps that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior staff on IT strategies, innovation, and best practices.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry conferences, forums, and events to showcase the company's achievements and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT strategy, innovation, or a related field.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies and trends.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
