• Foster leadership development by providing training, mentoring, and coaching to employees.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to analyze data and drive decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Strategic Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
