📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell cash loan products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Manage and update customer records in CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our vehicle-backed loan solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather feedback and improve campaign strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and call center tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with financial products, particularly cash loans and vehicle-backed financing.
