As a Customer Service Executive, you'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from product information to technical support, all while using our in-house CRM system, Salesforce. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, Salesforce.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
- Provide training and support to other customer service team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in the petroleum or energy industry is a plus.
