📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and installation of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and hydro power projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify the integrity and performance of installed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the construction and installation process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-site engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Certification in renewable energy technologies, such as PV system design, wind turbine installation, or hydro power systems.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
