📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting metallurgical testing and analysis to determine the optimal processing methods for mineral deposits.,Developing and implementing metallurgical flowsheets for mineral processing plants.,Overseeing the commissioning and optimization of mineral processing equipment.,Collaborating with geologists, mining engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Preparing and presenting technical reports and recommendations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metallurgical industry, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of mineral processing principles and practices.,Proficiency in metallurgical testing techniques and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
