📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end import operations, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and customs laws.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues related to import processes.
- Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to track and manage import activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Monitor import processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on import operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in import logistics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations and customs clearance.
- Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Valid certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
