You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Assist in the processing of customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
• Provide training and support to other customer service team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the petroleum or energy industry is a plus.
