📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to trainers.,Coordinate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
