📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our financial products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to clients.,Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
