📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following recipes and standards.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
