📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons tailored to the individual needs of special needs students.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.,Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and supportive learning space.,Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to develop and implement educational programs.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.,Participate in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Experience working with special needs students is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with inclusive education practices and strategies.,Valid teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
