📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and control food costs.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
