Hub Pro Sejahtera is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
