As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our restaurant.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of food and dining areas.,Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and discreetly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist with cash handling and payment processing.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Basic computer skills for remote communication and documentation.
