Lingkungan Oka Kitchen is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the planning and execution of company events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with remote work and virtual collaboration tools,Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
