📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store layout.,Support the cashier and sales team in achieving daily sales targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Support the store manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or operations environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of merchandise.
