📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and proofers.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bakery equipment.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in setting up production schedules and meeting daily targets.,Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.,Keep accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a bakery or similar industry.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and production processes.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve lifting and standing for long periods.
