Hokian Budi Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Jember. As the Lead Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax-related activities within the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and sales tax returns.,Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.,Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.,Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise management on their potential impact on the company.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and ensure smooth operations.,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information to management and regulatory authorities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax advisors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing tax compliance and planning activities.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using tax software and financial systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
