📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies that contribute to the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and business environment is a plus.
