📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience in managing and mentoring a finance team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
