📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of medical staff and resources to ensure efficient and effective patient care.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of medical staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to patient care and medical practice.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Provide exceptional patient care and support to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medical activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.,Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid medical license and certification.,Experience with medical software and electronic health records is a plus.
