📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Promote products and participate in sales activities to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
