📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the management of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee health and safety programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,English language proficiency (written and spoken).,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
