Nest One Pratama is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team in Mempawah. As a Deputy Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruitment Team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of all candidates.,Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.,Support the Recruitment Team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
