📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll processing.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities, such as orientation programs and team-building exercises.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documents and files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
