NEXA Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Bontang. This role is crucial in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for helping employees and the organization achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
