📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.,Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the furniture industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the furniture industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems, and data analytics tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
