📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and report on inventory turnover and stock levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
  • Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships.
  • Participate in inventory audits and stocktakes.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
