📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.,Support the creation and delivery of training materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of learning programs.,Maintain records and reports related to learning and development activities.,Assist in the planning and organization of learning events and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
