PT Surya Pancaran is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Crew Store to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth operation of the store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling customer payments.,Collaborate with the store manager to ensure store policies and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and sales records.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's cleanliness and presentation.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming store environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your retail skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using inventory management software.,Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
